Shipping
Any
orders placed after 4pm CST (3pm Fridays) will not be processed until
the following business day. A confirmation email is sent once your order
has been processed and shipped. Shipment are done Monday-Friday unless
it is a holiday. Local PO is closed on Saturday here so no shipments
can go out on that day.

Some of our items are in stock and are available for immediate shipping. Due
to the popularity of the bows and shoe laces I ask you allow 3-7
business days for items to be created and mailed. In most cases this
time is much sooner! Other items, especially custom items, may take up to 14 business days
to ship them. Not all ribbon is kept in stock. Some colors and prints
are ordered on an as needed basis to keep the cost down for you, the
customer. If you have a special event, please include that information
on the message portion of the order form. Every effort will be made to
accommodate your needs. We will notify you immediately if we are unable
to meet your deadline.
If you need to know if a color is in stock,
please feel free to email anytime and I will be happy to provide that
information to you.
Orders with large quantities will need to take a few extra days to prepare.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive another e-mail with a delivery confirmation/tracking number. Currently we only ship to the 48 contiguous states inside the U.S. and APO, FPO Addresses.
Shipping will be USPS unless you specify something else.
Flat rate shipping of $7.00(this is Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation)
You will get a delivery confirmation number via e-mail when your item
is shipped. This doesn't mean your item will go out in 2 days. It just
means your item will be delivered to you in 2-4 days from date of
shipment.

COD + above (this could be a costly choice) $10.00
Crowley, TX (including Fort Worth) deliveries and GiftCards/BowClub orders will have a $0.50 fee.
If you would rather use Fed-Ex
or UPS let me know before you order. I will have to send you your total
by e-mail or you may call in your order with credit card information.

privacy is very important to us. Plain & Fancy Bowtique does not
share any information (name, e-mail, shipping address or phone numbers)
obtained about our customers to any third parties. We do not see any
credit card information see PayPal.com for information on their privacy
policies.
